As Owner's Representative on two Splashpad projects for Lennar in Colorado, Schedio Group worked closely with Rich and his team on the design of the support building — public restrooms, an outdoor shower, and the mechanical and electrical systems that keep the Splashpad running. Rich assembled a strong MEP and structural team, and from design through construction they were responsive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in the outcome.
