Splash Pad Pump House and Restrooms
Long time client, Lennar, asked us for a splash pad building in their Red Rocks Ranch master planned development. This utility hut contains all of the valves and controllers needed for a splash pad, along with men’s and women’s changing rooms and outdoor showers.
